The organization is governed the Board of governors who are elected every three years during the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Board is composed of a National Chairperson, a National Vice Chairperson, a National Honorary Secretary, a National Treasurer, Zone Chairpersons, Zone Women’s Desk Chairpersons, Members of the National Executive Committee and 11 Industrial Sector Representatives.
However, much as the elections are done every three years, the Annual General Meeting is conducted every year as per USSIA Constitution.
The Board of Governors is assisted by the National Executive Committee (NEC) to over see the operations and performance of the Secretariat and other commissioned Committees.
